Refund policy
I don't accept returns other than you received something you did not order or defected items. Claims for product defect, damaging, missing items must be made asap, please contact me no later than 3 days after order was delivered with pictures of the package you received (front and back), items and condition if it was damaged (they MUST be in unused, original condition and packaging as received).
Custom orders are non refundable, unless there is a mistake on my part.
Please double check any information you providing for the order (especially, be sure address is correct) and check item description first before placing order! You always can ask any additional questions to avoid misunderstandings and mistakes.

Refunds
Once, I receive your item back (when it's agreed), I will inspect it first. If item was used or was damaged after being used, no refund will be sent.
If your return is approved, I will issue refund (in amount agreed from the beginning) within 48 hours after delivery and will let you know that refund is processed . You will see it in your bank within next few business days, depends on your bank's policies.
